In Love With Maxi Dresses!
Even longer!
Well, I never thought that I would fall in love with long dresses - but I did - especially with this one. It’s one of my favorites, it’s comfy, a bit hippie and stylish.
A parc is a great place to be, when not only the sun is out, but also the temperature is high. This little parc is just around the corner, where we are living. Sometimes, when I don’t have enough time to go anywhere else to run, I run here. Luckily we’re having many parcs and many forests in and around the city. I feel lucky as Hamburg is a big city with almost 2 million inhabitants.
Parcs offer shady spots, sunny spots whatever you prefer when it’s really hot. And believe me, the day we took the pictures was a hot one. I love the heat! Normally the temperature in summer doesn’t get so high, but due to the climate change, the summers are getting warmer.
Straw Head & Square CrossBody Bag
Ok, I stop talking about the parc and start saying something about this look.
This summery dress with its romantic blue-white flower print goes best with a big round straw hat (if you want to wear one) Also the square crossbody bag is made of the same material. Straw creates an air of lightness, which makes this material perfect for summer accessories.
Self made Hippie necklace
This necklace or however you’d like to call it, is selfmade. Well, I didn’t do or “make” too much. The making of was very easy.
One day I found this charm, which actually is quite old fashion. I suppose it from my granny. I bought a long brown leather band and two small silver stars to finish the endings of the charm. That’s it. I sometimes love to combine new and old things creating a modern look. I feel it’s more unique.
SUmmerTime my loves!
Last but not least - flats
To avoid that this outfit is too fancy for the day time, I love to wear flat sandals with long dresses in general. Here I choose flats in the same color like the straw hat and the crossbody bag.
So choose a shady parc or spot and enjoy your lunch break or evening and relax!
