Raised in Hamburg, Germany I spent some years in abroad, living in the USA,

in the French part of Switzerland and many years in Luxembourg,

attending school or working in corporate jobs.

Back in my home town, I’ve been working since for companies taking care of the economic and strategic issues.

Yes, that’s true, so why this blog?

Because! I love fashion and any kind of sportive activity.

I truly believe that the best style is the one, you feel comfortable in and

which suits you without ruining your financials.

My Fitness “Mission”

get up, move and have fun!

My second passion is any kind of sportive activity, which I would love to share with you.

For more than a decade I successfully played squash, did horseback riding and played tennis just to name some my sportive activities.

Since the work life caught me more and more I focused on fitness and running, as this was easier to fit into my daily routine.

I have to admit…. I’m running as long as it doesn’t rain or it’s too cold.

No, problem - there are so many ways to stay or get in shape without getting wet!

I would love to help you to become your best version of yourself - anything is possible and there is always room to stay healthy and fit!
