Leotop & Camel Skirt

No season without animal-print! Yep, animal-print is also kicking into this season giving a touch of 1970’s. You’ll have an awesome choice, shirts like mine, pants, sweaters or coats, you name it! You can wear it the wild way or like me a bit more decent.

Leopard print is kicks into A/W 2019

I already mentioned it, did I? No season without animal-print. Especially leo-print is my favorite. It makes me feel a bit like a wild cat. Ok, I’m not mixing it with many colors, it’s just a feeling.

What do you think, are you a fan or do you hate animals-prints of any kind? Hopefully not, give it a try. It all depends on the exact tone and pattern, whether you wear a top or pants or skirts.

If you decided on your first animal print piece, you might want to try pants or a skirt, pieces which aren’t close to your face. Give it a shot- it’s a fun pattern.

Bringing the past into the presence

This season is the season of past decades and I’m talking about many decades. Special about it is the mix. 1970’s with 1990’s or early millenium styles. In this post I styled a 1960’s look in a modern way.

Today I’m mixing 1970’s with 1950’s. And the best my skirt is a real vintage piece. Camel has always been present in many decades. I love the combination of leo-print with camel. Elegant, sophisticated and cool.

Accessories - Picking up the colors of the outfit

As I wanted to create a modern, cool but clean look I sticked to accessories in camel and beige to pick up the most dominating colors of my outfit. A slim belt around my waist is setting a focus in the middle of the body. As I’m hanging on to the last days of summer I chose to wear sandals.

Knee high boots in brown (1970’s style) will work as good as these summer sandals. Give it a try and have fun styling!
